Reformer Pilates is spring-based resistance training, which challenges and develops muscle strength, flexibility, balance and improves bone density. 

Our hydrotherapy pool offers natural resistance in a low-impact environment, reducing strain on joints while promoting mobility and healing. Hydrotherapy is ideal for:

– Gentle strength-building

– Injury or surgery recovery

– Joint pain or mobility issues

– GP or physiotherapist referrals

Located in our Aqua Vitality Suite, hydrotherapy sessions are designed to support movement, recovery, and well-being through warm-water exercise.
